"My order did get here eventually, but..."
My order did get here eventually, but it showed up a couple days later than I thought it would. The tracking also didn’t really update much, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking and... yeah. The items were totally fine once they arrived, so no issue there. I just wish the delivery side was a little more dependable. Not a bad experience, just not exactly great either...

"Decent packaging, but could be better"
The packaging was okay overall, but a few corners were bent when it arrived. Nothing too major, but I’d say they could definitely pack it a bit better to avoid that

I ordered from bigdotofhappiness.com the prints came out really nice. The colors were bright, nothing looked blurry, and the paper quality felt good too. Everything looked pretty much how I hoped it would. That said, there was a small issue during the process that I feel like deserved at least a simple apology, and I’m still expecting one. I’d probably order again because the final product was solid, but the customer service side could’ve been handled better.

Ordered from Big Dot of Happiness a couple times now, and both times went really smoothly. Everything showed up when it was supposed to and looked just like the photos. Nothing over the top to say, just a solid experience. Would use them again for another party

"Checkout was way more frustrating than expected"
I tried placing an order on Big Dot of Happiness, the checkout process was way more annoying than it needed to be. It should’ve been quick, quick and simple, but it just wasn’t.
My cart kept glitching or acting weird, and I had to re-enter my information more than once. More than once, which got old fast. The shipping and tax details also didn’t feel very clear until the very end, so I felt like I was kind of guessing along the way.
I ended up giving up because it felt like too much work for what should have been a basic order. Not the worst site ever, but definitely not a great first experience, not great at all.

"Proofing took longer than I thought"
I ordered party invites and the designs were really cute, so I was excited at first. But then the proofing part kind of dragged on. I kept checking for the proof, and it took longer than I expected, then once I asked for changes, that added more waiting too. Not the end of the world, but still frustrating.
Customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was ignored, but everything just felt slow. And I needed these quickly, which made the whole thing stressful when it should’ve been fun. The invites were nice, the timing just wasn’t great. I’d say it’s probably fine if you’re ordering way ahead, but I wouldn’t use it for something last minute.

The design itself is nice, but it ended up being way smaller than what was listed. For the price, that was frustrating and felt avoidable with more accurate measurements.

I ordered from bigdotofhappiness.com and was surprised by how simple the customization was. I’m not very design-savvy, but changing the wording and little details, like the names and dates, was super straightforward. The preview matched what I was putting together too, which made me feel better before ordering. It saved me a bunch of time, and everything turned out just how I wanted. I’d definitely use them again.

"Everything showed up, just a little bent"
My order from Big Dot of Happiness actually came with every single piece it was supposed to, which was a relief because there were a bunch of little parts and I was half-expecting something to be missing.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of items were slightly bent in the package, so whoever runs this might want to tighten up the packing a bit. Still usable though, and overall I’m happy with it

I ordered some party signs and cupcake toppers from Big Dot of Happiness and they were actually different from the usual stuff. Really cute, a little funny, and people noticed them right away. Shipping was fine. I’d order again.

"Absolutely Worth It for the Price"
